Our staffs undertaking works in these areas are qualified and well familiar with BS5266 Part 1 emergency lighting regulations and have all demonstrated competence by undertaking ICEL competent engineer courses. We worked for many years on emergency lighting systems and have the experience of running large planned maintenance contracts for our clients.
We have been carrying out works on fire alarm systems for many years and have a team with a vast knowledge of these systems working to BS5839. We feel that the best way to demonstrate competence to our clients within this area is to gain the highest recognised standard which is Bafe – This was achived in 2013.
We have the knowhow and contacts to deal with all types of mechanical systems. Working with our sister company Aquargas Salisbury we have continued to demonstrate to our clients that we can deliver within this sector working well as a team thus saving our clients money. Air conditioning systems
This is an area that we have started to excel in for one particular client which has involved us to keep two qualified engineers permanently employed. Based locally to us it has allowed us to start branching out to alternative clients. Please feel free to call for more information.
This has been a difficult area for small and medium size companies to gain a foothold in over the past year. With the larger companies in the UK taking advantage of the FIT thus causing the decline in the FIT rates it has not seemed a cost effective area for us to continue in.
We completed many PV systems last year working closely with The Green Energy Centre but had decided not to renew all our accreditations within this sector due to the economic downturn and slow interest. We can however still install PV systems and advise on other renewable systems at very competitive rates with the backing of The Green energy centre.
